Buyer Guide

Si Boards balls are solid urethane and do not have air, gel or sand filling. Made as one complete ball avoids any seams or valve stems that break with continued use. Your ball will last a lifetime and is ready for you to put it to the test with hard riding and repetitive slamming.

Ball Selection Depends On The Following:
  • Balance board selection- smaller balls work best with smaller boards
  • Skill level- beginners might consider a smaller ball and progress to larger balls
  • Strength- if using as a medicine ball beginners might consider a lighter/smaller ball

Smaller Balls:
  • Quick and responsive
  • Require less strength to control the momentum
  • Keeps you close to the ground which requires more fine tuning of your movements
  • Allows a rider to easily stop
  • Better for beginner riders who may not feel comfortable being high off the ground

Bigger Balls:
  • Slower and heavier
  • Requires more strength to control the momentum
  • Allows riders greater board tilt which creates bigger leg and arm movements
  • Keeps the board higher off the ground which may be intimidating for beginner riders
  • Suggested intermediate and advanced riders progress to a larger ball size
