If you've been slamming your Power Rope Ball to the max - it's time to check all the critical parts.

Ensure rope top is protected and cap is free of any debris
Check rope integrity. Do not use if the rope is worn or frayed
With continued use of your Power Rope Ball we suggest replacing the rope and caps on a yearly basis.
We now have three sizes of rope length to meet your needs and height requirements. Each length is signified by a different color cap- making it easy to distinguish between athletes and different uses.
A general rule is to have the rope end at the inside of your elbow crease. This allows you to have ground clearance if doing big shoulder swings. You will have enough rope length for extra grip knots and hand wraps. Measure from the ground to the inside of your elbow.
Advanced users may want a longer rope for complex sequence training. Click each picture to find out more and see picture reference.

Annual maintenance for critical parts. We recommend replacing your bands every year.
Latex bands degrade with exposure to cold, heat, UV, hand oils, lotions, pool chlorine and continued use.
Sturdy Clips: Check the plastic clips for breaks and security around the band
O-Ring / Strap Safety: Check integrity of the O-rings at the weld and secured strap stitching
