What a great afternoon at Innovative Results in Costa Mesa, California. I had a blast with demos and taking new riders through exercise progressions for general fitness, ACL rehab, back stabilization, kettlebell warm-ups, power lifting control and re-living your college athletic days!

Draenmhar Dadivas is a Si Boarding master. He trains as a ski jump competitor and is always doing fun complex moves on his boards. From juggling to ski jump positions to this fun squat figure 8 move.
How many reps can you get?
On occasion we have cosmetic blemished items or something just doesn't turn out perfect. They still work great and we offer them at a 15% discount.
Blem Balls and Rope Balls usually have larger than acceptable pinholes from the molding process or have a larger than normal pinhole filled and repaired.
Balance boards may have some color artwork/logo imperfection or a rail that did not powder coat or mold perfectly.
