Si Boards is back in action and I would like to thank you for your past and present support. With a few bumps in the road and extensive travel with the US Soccer Federation National Youth Teams things were on hold for a bit. After helping the U20 Women's National Team win the World Cup in Japan in 2012, I decided to get back on board!
Your stories of success and kind words kept me motivated. Si Boards continues to provide the most versatile and functional balance boards, unbreakable balls and training tools. I look forward to staying in touch

One of the key balance exercises we use in rehab is to stand on one foot. This makes sense because it forces one leg to do all the work. We then progress with head tilts, eyes closed, upper body movements and throwing objects at you. And it’s a great starting point until you need more.

Over the past six years I traveled heavily with the US Soccer Federation as an athletic trainer for the National Youth Teams. I’ve had amazing experiences with international travel to Germany, Costa Rica, Argentina, Spain, Denmark, Panama, and Japan. Traveling within the United States was a blast from New York, Florida, Texas, Oregon, Arizona and the Olympic Training Center.
